Non Sequitur

Times were happy when this one was made. Ten years ago, everything we are experiencing now was not yet unveiled.

My kids seem to think they look better without a mouth. I finished this one earlier today. This one somewhat reminds me of myself. I’m not always sad and although my teeth aren’t crooked, I rarely ever show teeth in my pictures. I never liked forcing a toothy smile. To me, it’s like putting on a mask.

Spiritual warfare is thick in the air. The shadows want to envelop me, but it attempts to do this to every living soul. Some fight and some don’t.

The only reason why I’m standing is because God upholds me. I proceeded on making another one (not pictured). Counting rows need concentration and the mind assault was losing its grip. It’s about 40 percent done. I’m hoping to finish it tomorrow, Godwilling.

A person can do nothing better than to eat and drink and find satisfaction in their own toil. This too, I see, is from the hand of God, 25 for without him, who can eat or find enjoyment?”

Ecclesiastes 2:24

  1. Those are SO CUTE! Have fun finishing the wip (work in progress) one, I’m sure it’ll be adorable too. 🙂

Spiritual warfare definitely is an interesting thing, I’ve had my fair share of battles too, but with God comes comfort and peace. I know, with God’s help, you’ll be able to get through this 🙂

    1. I appreciate the words of encouragement Hope, Thank You.

The unseen has been busy. We hear noises in our bedroom especially when we’re all downstairs. My husband had to ask Seti if he was walking around. It was that loud.

  2. Dang. I will definitely pray in regards of the spiritual warfare happening in your household, this world is going down the drain quicker everyday in terms of morales, ideals, etc, and Satan is DEFINITELY the one pulling the strings—Jesus’ return is right around the corner. If believers aren’t awake already, they BETTER wake up to what’s going on, ‘cus there’s definitely a battle raging. We MUST have on the full Armor of God.

I have a good Christian friend of mine, who I’m pretty sure has been seeing demons at the horse camp she helps out at, and so the battle is definitely EVERYWHERE. I wish to talk to her more in length about it, but have not had a chance thus far, but in the next few weeks I’m going to. From the brief recount I have heard though a few weeks ago, I have no doubt that’s it’s demons she’s seeing. My friend’s sister says that my friend has been seeing this little girl pop up and disrupt the horses in the stalls etc, but when she tells others to look, the girl is completely gone.

    1. We’re not seeing stuff like your friend is seeing. They’re confined to making noises and manifesting in dreams and mental assault. Activity is heightened everywhere since they know their time is short. They’re trying hard to destroy people’s faith and only those who are rooted in Christ will endure.

  3. Indeed indeed. In my own spiritual warfare, I haven’t physically seen demons before, but I have felt their presence and it’s chilling. They usually try to attack me mentally or emotionally, but with Jesus I’m standing strong. Just how much spiritual activity is going on is sad, but also exciting because it just goes to show how close we are to His return.
