Reflection

Sometimes things are not really how they appear and this is what makes chameleons interesting. It is their ability to change colors. Most things however, can only reflect what they truly are.

When we heed to Jesus’ words, it is easy to pick out the authentic from the synthetic (I could have used a better word, but I just felt like rhyming).

As you fight your way out of confusion
from all the false impression
Just pay close attention
to the heart’s reflection

“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.”

Luke 6:45
