If you can’t go to Seattle, who says Seattle won’t come to you? At least that’s how I feel. It has been raining constantly, every single day for almost a month now. This much rain could have been more beneficial in drought stricken California, but since water tends to evaporate at a much faster rate here with the insufferable heat, then comes the return.
Something that seems to be an inconvenience may actually prove to beneficial. When we go through trials and tribulations, it is to refine us and conform us more to the image of Christ.
Can you honestly say you want it gray all day? I say, yea, but only if it stays that way. Lol. Anyway, truly wishful thinking but I really can’t complain. Rain is better than the lack thereof.
“The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.”
